Penthouse Custom Packaged HVAC System

  • Paul D. Bowlen Memorial Broncos Centre expansion and upgrade in 2010 included the conditioning center, training room and cafeteria space.
  • System includes two (2) evaporative condensed DX units using an oil free magnetic bearing compressor. Each unit provides 110 tons of capacity. These units were an upgrade to an existing Mammoth unit.

RMZ Replacement Rooftop Systems

  • Private, independent, coeducational college offering undergraduate, graduate and continuing education programs underwent a renovation of one of its primary academic buildings on a campus.
  • System included a single unit replacing an existing Mammoth unit. New unit had 30 tons of capacity with gas heat and Mammoth EPiC™ controls.

RMZ Replacement Rooftop Systems

  • Renovation to 450,000 sq. ft. school with an annual enrollment of over 3,000 students located in the western suburbs of Chicago.
  • System includes five (5) 60-ton Mammoth RMZ units, replacing existing Nesbitt equipment.
  • Each unit had hot water heating coils to provide heat during winter months.
