  • New 645,000 sq. ft. facility with 255 patient rooms in a six-story tower designed with “functional flow” in mind – the emergency room, critical care, day surgery and cardiac care patient rooms are all adjacent and on the same level, allowing easy and logical flow of patients, personnel and services.
  • Massive geothermal heat exchanger uses 275,000 feet of 2-inch heat transfer pipe incorporating heat wheels and 540 Mammoth water-to-air heat pumps and 66 water-to-water heat pumps.
  • HVAC system is coupled with a 17-foot deep, 15-acre man-made geoexchange lake.
  • The total system provides an annual energy savings of over $1,000,000
