WEBCO units for Pharmaceutical plant
applications provide heating, ventilating and air conditioning capabilities that
meet a wide variety of requirements. Stainless steel pipe fittings in compartment floor
drains allow positive draining. Cabinet construction can be designed for wipe down
or wash down to meet sanitary requirements. WEBCO offers a full
complement of protective coatings for internal components and/or solid stainless
steel inner liners. WEBCO thoroughly cleans all units using Isopropyl Alcohol wipe down
after assembly and testing.

The high level of the system integration dramatically reduces installation costs
and project management overhead. The benefits continue throughout the life
of the system in its rugged, energy efficient design.
Drain pans are designed for positive drainage to eliminate standing water and
increase the cleanliness of the unit interior. All drain pans are insulated to
eliminate undesirable condensation. (shown on left)

filters are available. Entire equipment casings can be manufactured with
stainless steel materials, contact the factory for your specific

Durability |

Housing for Pharmaceutical Systems are fabricated from 2" to
4" thick insulated, welded panels for superior strength and energy
conservation. WEBCO offers housings constructed of steel, aluminum and
stainless steel for either weight, corrosive or sterility concerns.
From the welded base up, everything in a WEBCO unit is designed to last. |
